THINGS TO KNOW:
- IMPORTANT! You will need a marriage license to tie the knot LEGALLY at BERZERKUS! Couples will need to appear together at any Pennsylvania County Clerk location. You must make an appointment, and appear 3 days prior to the wedding ceremony.
- Poconos Park and BERZERKUS are located in Pike County, Pennsylvania, but you may use a marriage license from any Pennsylvania county.
- Pike County Marriage License Applications available HERE
- It is not required to make it a legal wedding ceremony, that’s up to you. You can leave the paperwork out of it and make it a Commitment Ceremony.
- Already married? That’s cool, renew your vows instead!
- You will need TWO witnesses to sign your certificate at the festival. They can be old friends, new friends, or someone you just met at the festival!

Does the wedding package include tickets?
Wedding packages do NOT include tickets to BERZERKUS. Tickets to BERZERKUS can be purchased HERE.
We’re from out of state – can we use a marriage license from our hometown?
For a legal wedding, a marriage license from any county in the state of Pennsylvania is required.
Is this a legal marriage ceremony?
That’s up to you – if you have a legal marriage license from the state of Pennsylvania, it will be a legal union. If you just want to renew vows, or have a “commitment ceremony”, you absolutely can leave the legal paperwork out of it!
